Returns & Refunds for Online Orders
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we’d like to hear about it and help resolve the issue. Please contact us directly to discuss and make appropriate arrangements.
If you just placed your order and want to change or cancel it, we are here to help. We can adjust your order if it has been shipped. Please contact us immediately to cancel any unshipped order.
Once you have received your order, please inspect the product(s) and inform us within 5 days of receipt if anything is missing or has been damaged in transit.
We will refund or replace any item that arrives damaged. Please contact our customer team for more info on how to proceed.
If you are not happy with your item, you may return your non-damaged and unused Pippins purchase in its original packaging within 14 days. Returns for refund must be pre-approved. Please contact our customer team for more info on how to proceed. You are responsible for shipping charges associated with returning a non-damaged item.
If your order has been returned to the shop due to failed delivery attempts and you want to cancel the order, you will be refunded the full merchandise order value minus the costs for shipping & returning the product to Pippins.
Pippins Tea Company Inc. is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. International returns may be subject to customs, tax or duty charges at the Canadian border and will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that are not in new condition or apply a damage fee of up to 100%. If you are making a return, you must pack the items securely in their original product packaging to help eliminate damage during shipping.
Image Colour
Actual product color may vary from the images shown. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colors, and every individual may see these colors differently. Pippins Tea Company cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.
Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable
Perishable goods such as food, cookies, candy, chocolate, jams, syrups, and packaged/loose leaf teas cannot be returned.
Shipping
Orders are shipped from Pippins Tea Company Inc. using UPS, PUROLATOR or CANPAR.
Shipping charges are calculated at time of checkout based on your package weight, dimensions and shipping address and CANADA POST RATE.
Due to our system limitations, we can only quote you the Canada Post rate, even though we ship via UPS, PUROLATOR or CANPAR.
Be assured your Canada Post rate, your shipping charge is less than the actual UPS, PUROLATOR or CANPAR charge and we pay the difference. If you have any questions about the calculated rates, please contact us .
