A rich, fresh and slightly sweet green tea powder.
Powder combined with the method produces a silky cup with a hint of creaminess.
Matcha is best brewed in water that has been cooled to approx. 82 degrees celsius after being boiled.
Add  1/2 teaspoon of Matcha powder to bowl/cup,  add 2oz boiled water and whisk until frothy.
