Blooming Tea; Dragon Flower

Dragon Flower,  light lavender notes wind their way through a floral bouquet and provide some depth and body to this early season green tea.

Ingredients: Green tea, Amaranth, Jasmine, Chrysanthemum, Lavender flowers. 

Blooming teas or flowering teas, actually bloom as they steep in hot water.
The wound ball of tea leaves gently unfurl or “bloom” into a beautiful visual display revealing the flower.
Brew in a glass teapot or large wine glass to enjoy their transformation into a bloom.
